Independent Physicians.
Uncompromising Standards.
Every patient who submits an intake to Grace Longevity is reviewed by an independent, board-certified physician before any clinical decision is made. No exceptions.
Why Independent Physicians Matter
Grace Longevity is a health technology platform — not a clinic, not a medical provider. We do not employ physicians, and we do not influence clinical decisions. Every physician who reviews a patient intake is an independent, licensed practitioner operating under their own medical license and professional judgment.
This structure exists for one reason: your safety. When a physician determines whether you are a candidate for semaglutide or tirzepatide, that determination is made purely on clinical grounds — your health history, your current medications, your BMI, and the evidence-based prescribing criteria for GLP-1 therapies.
Grace Longevity facilitates access. The physician makes the call.
Clinically Independent
All prescribing decisions are made solely by the reviewing physician, not by Grace Longevity.
Board Certified
Every reviewing physician holds active board certification in a relevant specialty — Obesity Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Endocrinology.
Licensed in Your State
Your intake is always reviewed by a physician holding an active medical license in your state of residence — a legal requirement for all prescriptions.
Our Physician Credentialing Requirements
Grace Longevity works exclusively with physicians who meet every one of the following criteria. These are not suggestions — they are non-negotiable requirements for participation in our network.
Active State Medical License
An unrestricted, current medical license in every state where they review patients. License status is verified before onboarding and monitored continuously.
Board Certification
Active board certification through ABOM (Obesity Medicine), ABIM (Internal Medicine), ABEM (Emergency Medicine), or equivalent recognized certifying body.
GLP-1 Clinical Experience
Demonstrated clinical experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 receptor agonist therapies, including familiarity with current FDA-approved dosing protocols and contraindication screening.
Clean Disciplinary Record
No history of license suspension, revocation, or disciplinary action by any state medical board. Background checks are conducted at onboarding and renewed annually.
Malpractice Coverage
Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance coverage is required. Proof of coverage is verified at onboarding and must remain current throughout the engagement.
Evidence-Based Practice
All prescribing decisions must align with current FDA-approved indications and evidence-based clinical guidelines. Prescribing outside established protocols is not permitted within our network.
What Happens When You Submit Your Intake
Intake Received
Your completed health assessment is securely received and encrypted. No physician has access until your submission is complete.
Physician Assignment
Your intake is routed to a board-certified physician licensed in your state — matched automatically based on your location and the therapy you've selected.
Clinical Review
The physician reviews your health history, current medications, BMI, and disclosed conditions against established eligibility criteria for GLP-1 therapy.
Consultation if Needed
If additional clinical information is required, a brief telehealth call is scheduled. Most straightforward cases are resolved through asynchronous review alone.
Determination & Next Steps
You receive a clear determination within one business day. If approved, your prescription is sent directly to a licensed pharmacy. If not, you'll receive a plain-language explanation.
Specialties Represented in Our Network
